- Formula or product version and its intended role
- Sample objective, review criteria and approval record
- Applicable test method, scope, result and responsible party
- Pilot conditions, observations and required changes
- Production specification, pack requirements and batch controls
- Any market, species or claim limitation attached to the evidence
Quality language stays inside its evidence boundary
A test, certificate, pilot or production record is only used for the product, facility, version, market and validity period it actually covers. Missing or pending evidence is treated as an open project question—not converted into a marketing promise.
